I am always reading up about longevity. None of us want to die. We don’t want our family members to die. We don’t want our friends to die. We all usually avoid talking about dying because it makes anyone uncomfortable and worry. But as we get older, we have to think of ways to make ourselves healthier as we become more and more nervous about something going wrong. Clearly we are in an age of prevention and we are getting smarter about it. During the holidays, one of the top selling books on Amazon was How Not to Die. And recently when reading about the Mediterranean diet, which I have thought about seriously for five years now, but still haven’t fully adopted – I stumbled across Blue Zones.
